Scope of Project:
Family Room Conversion
Location:
Highland Creek, Mecklenburg County
Elements: We
took a two story family room and adding a floor system to create a playroom
above. The new upper room has window seats and two closets
for toys, etc. The lower room wall height of 9’O has been maintained.
Notice the degree of
interior protection that has been given to protecting the interior of this
home, i.e., plastic zip barrier walls, foyer floor coverings and a five
stage electronic air cleaner. Additionally, look for the Code of Conduct
posted on the wall. This posting also provides the customer the name and
telephone number of this project’s manager at all times.
Cost: In the
upper $20000’s.
