Scope of Project: Major Kitchen Renovation

Location: Antioch Plantation, Weddington NC

Elements: We removed the factory cabinets and installed custom-built cherry cabinets. The cabinets features multiple features including fill suspension pull out drawers, pan racks and cutlery drawer. The tile back splash was replaced with a faux brick tile. Notice the mosaic design in tile behind the range cook top. We installed multiple recessed can lights in the ceiling and under cabinet task lights. Look at the vent hood.. . it was designed to appear that the hood is floating( but it was really secured to the wall and vented directly to the rear instead of the ceiling).
  • One very special element is the wood columns that support the raised breakfast bar. Two adjustable pendant lamps highlight the breakfast bar area.
  • The ceramic floor tiles were installed in a diagonal pattern to capture the design of the cooktop tiles installation angle.
  • Counter tops by Silestone. Appliances by Queen City TV and Applainces.

Cost: In the mid $40,000’s.

Completion Date: Oct 2004

Project completion Time: 6 weeks. Note: Our management processes used in kitchen remodeling allow the customer to use the kitchen throughout the project except for 1-2 days.
