remodeling challenge. The blending of aesthetics, appliances and
functional design can convert a utilitarian area into a warm, inviting place
that is pleasant to work in... and it can become a gathering place for the
family.

Here's a kitchen project that we're very proud of. This
involved lowering the ceiling, replacing all cabinets and counters and
complete new lighting.

With this project, we retained the basic
work pattern. Replacing the cabinets, counters and fixtures produced a
dramatic visual improvement.
This completed kitchen features
custom-built cherry cabinets and a mosaic design in tile behind the range
cook top. The vent hood was designed to appear that the hood is floating.
The ceramic floor tiles were installed in a diagonal pattern to capture the
design of the cook-top tiles. Cost: mid $40's
