About Us

RGI is licensed as Residential and Commercial General Contractors in North and South Carolina. We are members of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) Charlotte chapter.

An accredited member of the Southern Piedmont Better Business Bureau. In the twenty-six years of  business, RGI has never received a single compliant.

RGI  won the 2008 NARI People’s Choice Award for projects over $100000.00. Additionally, RGI has received seven (7) Super Service Awards from Angie’s List.

Management Team

Randolph  Goers - President
A hands-on business owner who is personally involved with every project. He has an uncompromising commitment to quality, service, integrity and customer satisfaction.

Background

  • Member National Association of the Remodeling Industry ( NARI ).

  • Extensive background in building beginning in 1979.  Avid student of building science and design. Ongoing formal study in green building concepts and universal design.

  • Nineteen  years experience in CAD design. 

  • Eight (8) years in the U.S. Marine Corps (Sgt. 0311).

  • Degree in criminology with three years in law enforcement.

  • Certified Remodeler (CR) and Certified Kitchen and Bath Remodeler (CKBR) by NARI.

  • Licensed in NC and SC as a residential and commercial general contractor.

 

Joseph Wall-Paint and Drywall Division Manager

Joseph is  RGI’s painting and drywall specialist. He has an uncommon knowledge of the science of painting and drywall that goes far beyond the average manager in his field. This knowledge translates into a superior application of products to provide his customers with a finished product that greatly exceeds the industry standards.  

Background

  • Former business owner of Walls Painting and Drywall Co. for eight years before joining RGI.

  • Assistant Sunday School teacher at First Baptist Church, Indian Trail, NC.

  • Married 16 years with two daughters and one son.
     

Tony Hildreth-Building Manager

Tony manages all of RGI’s building projects with surgical precision.  He has a natural talent in coordinating all the various processes (trade contractors and suppliers) to fulfill the customer’s expectations.

Background

  • Tony has been practicing project management over twenty-five  years in residential and commercial projects.

  • Lead singer in a Christian music ministry at Emanuel Baptist Church, Monroe NC.

  • Married with two sons and one daughter.

 

Matthew Saunders-Stone and Tile Manager

Matt is RGI’s stone and tile specialist. In addition to being RGI’s Tile and Stone manager, he is probably of the most talented tile artists in this area. The tile projects he manages reflects his artistic talent  and ability to create masterpieces.  His knowledge of stone and tile products is unsurpassed. 

     Background

  • Former business owner of Select Tile, Inc. for six years before joining RGI.

  • Matt attends Saint Phillip The Apostle Catholic Church in Statesville.
